摘要
通过对堆层中氧浓度的测试,考察了微生物对氧的摄取规律,提出了通风量的确定方法以及最大耗氧速率的测试方法,并将其表征垃圾堆肥的稳定程度。结果显示,不同阶段、不同氧浓度对反应速率有很大影响;根据最大耗氧速率选取最佳通风量,可大大降低能耗;采用最大耗氧速率表征垃圾堆肥稳定程度具有较高的可信度。
The rule of oxygen uptake by microbes was investigated by testing oxygen concentration during composting. The determination methods of the ventilation rate and the maximum oxygen consumption rate were proposed, and the stability of composting municipal solid waste was characterized. The resuits show that the reaction speed is affected by oxygen concentration in different stages. Selecting the optimum ventilation rate according to the maximum oxygen consumption rate can obviously reduce energy consumption. It is credible that the stability of composting municipal solid waste is characterized by the maximum oxygen consumption rate.
