摘要
由于小型水库工程建设的特点,在工程建设质量控制方面,存在质量意识较低、设计变更随便、施工队伍技术水平低和设备投入少、监理部和设代组力量偏弱等问题,提出了加强质量控制的对策建议。
In the construction and rehabilitation of the small-type reservoirs, it is found that problems such as loose control of construction quality, frequent changes of design, lack of construction equipment, weak supervision on construction and design are all existed. Suggestions are made on how to improve quality control in small-type reservoir construction.
