摘要
通过分析原供水系统的不足,介绍了一种基于PLC和变频器的恒压供水控制系统,阐述了系统组成、系统功能、工作原理和节能效果。该控制系统性能稳定可靠,已成功用于某大型化工企业的供水系统,取得了很好的恒压供水效果,节能效果显著。
Through analyzing the disadvantages of existing water supply systems, a kind of new constant pressure water supply system is introduced based on both PLC and frequency changer ,including the system structure, functions ,working principle and energy-saving benefit. The control system has been applied to a large chemical plant successfully. It also can ensure the constant pressure of water-supply and the prominent effect of energy-saving.
