斯氏艾美耳球虫裂殖生殖的多态现象 被引量:4

摘要 迄今描述的艾美耳科和住肉孢子虫科球虫的裂殖生殖多为单态,作者发现斯氏艾美耳球虫的裂殖生殖具多态性,其方式有:子孢子型裂殖体以内单多生殖方式产生下代裂殖子;双或多核的裂殖子型裂殖体或以内二多生殖方式或以外单多生殖方式产生下代裂殖子;单核裂殖子型裂殖体以外多多生殖方式产生下代裂殖子;经典型裂殖体以内单多和外单多混生方式产生下代裂殖子。这种裂殖体以多态的方式产生下代裂殖子的现象称为裂殖生殖的多态现象。依据前人以及作者的观察,作者提出两项建议:(1)将艾美耳科和住肉孢子虫科球虫的不同形态的裂殖体归为三型,即子孢子型、裂殖子型和经典型;(2)将此两科球虫的内生方式归为四型,即内单多生殖、内二双生殖、内二多生殖和内多多生殖;将外生方式归为三型,即外单多生殖、外二多生殖和外多多生殖;将斯氏艾美耳球虫的一种特殊生殖方式归为内单多和外单多混生殖。球虫裂殖生殖的多态性反映球虫遗传物质的多型性。 he merogonies so far described of the coccidia in the families Eimeriidae and Sarcocystidae were monomorphism,the authors found that the merogony of Estiedai was polymorphism,the patterns included the production of merozoites in endomonopolygeny(endogenesis,one nucleus being incorporated into one merozoite,one merozont producing more than 2 merozoites)by sporozoite—shaped meronts;the production of merozoites in endodyopolygeny(endogenesis,one nucleus being incorporated into 2 merozoites,one meront producing more than 2 merozoites)or in exomonopolygeny (exogenesis,one nucleus being incorporated into one merozoite,one meront producing more than 2 merozoites)by double or multiple nucleate merozoite—like meronts;the production of merozoites in exopolypolygeny (exogenesis,one nucleus being incorporated into more than 2 merozoites,one meront producing more than 2 merozoites)by single nucleate merozoite—like meronts;and the production of merozoites in endomonopoly—exomonopolygeny (endomonopolygeny and exomonopolygeny happening simultaneously in one meront) by classic meronts(meront being developed from trophozoite).The phenomenon—production of merozoites in multiple patterns—was defined as polymorphism of merogonyFrom the authors observation and those by others,two proposals were made:(1)To classify the meronts so far discovered of the coccidia in the families Eimeriidae and Sarcocystidae into three types,iesporozoit—shaped meront,merozoite—like meront and classic meront(2)To classify the endogenesis patterns so far discovered of the two families into four types,defined as endomonopolygeny,endodyodyogeny,endodyopolygeny and endopolypolygeny;to classify the exogenesis,patterns into three types,defined as exomonopolygeny,exodyopolygeny and exopolypolygeny;and to define a specific pattern of the merogony of Estiedai as endomonopoly—exomonopolygeny
