摘要
根据烟叶总氮的测定原理，采用蒸馏水提取和流动分析法测定了白肋烟烟叶中的氨态氮。结果表明：在0．010—0．050g／L浓度范围内，该法的工作曲线线性良好（相关系数为0．9999），回收率在94％-108％之间．RSD为0．28％。该法适用于批量白肋烟烟叶中氨态氮的快速分析。
Based on the principle of determinating total nitrogen in tobacco, the ammonium nitrogen in burley tobacco was extracted with distilled water, and then determined by a fl0w autoanalyzer. The results showed that the calibration curve possessed good linearity （correlation coefficient of 0. 9999 ） in the range of ammonium nitrogen concentration from 0. 010 to 0. 050 g/L. The recovery was 94% to 108% with RSD of 0. 28%.
