摘要
根据某型号雷达波控系统散热要求,采用密封导热插箱和导热插件的方案来解决波控系统的散热问题。并利用ICEPAK软件对波控系统进行热分析,为波控系统结构设计和热设计提供设计依据。计算结果和实验数据表明密封导热插箱和导热插件可以为波控系统提供良好的、稳定的工作环境。
According to a radar wave control system's cooling requirements, we applied a sealed heat-conducting cabinet and heat-conducting PCBs in the design to solve the wave control system's cooling problem. ICE- PAK software was used to analyze thermal field around the wave control system, therefore provide the basis for the wave control system's structural design and thermal design. The analysis results and experiment results all indicated that solution which appling sealed heat-conducting cabinet and heat-conducting PCBs could provide well and stable work environment for the wave control system.
