小切口Gamma钉固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折26例观察 被引量：1

OBSERVATION OF 26 CASES SENILE PATIENTS’ INTERTROCHANTER FRACTURES OF FEMUR TREATED BY SMALL INCISION GAMMA NAIL FIXATION

摘要 目的应用小切口方法Gamma钉固定股骨粗隆间骨折，评价临床疗效及围手术处理特点。方法2006年1月～2007年12月，C型臂X线机透视下牵引骨折复位后，Gamma手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折26例。结果6～12个月随访，平均8．0个月，骨折全部愈。手术创伤小，时间短，手术并发症少，无髋内翻、患肢短缩外旋畸形，无内固定物断裂、感染情况。按黄公怡和王福权疗效评定标准定疗效，优20例，良6例。骨折愈合时间4～7个月，平均5．0个月。结论Gamma钉的在生物力学上有明显的优势，手术操作简单。注意围手术的处理有助于提高疗效。
