摘要
目的:探讨股后皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣的解剖特点与临床应用疗效。方法:2005年7月～2007年5月共应用股后皮神经营养血管皮瓣治疗了23例病人应用24个皮瓣,修复髋关节周围及骶尾部皮肤缺损。皮瓣最大面积20cm×10cm。结果:本组皮瓣24例全部成活。经7～24个月随访,皮瓣感觉、外形、质地良好。结论:此类皮瓣动脉血供可靠,不损伤主干血管,操作简单,能重建局部感觉,可顺、逆行移位,损伤较小,临床应用效果满意。是一种修复骶尾部和髋关节周围软组织缺损的较好方法。
Objective To study the anatomical basis and the clinic result of nuerocutaneous vascular flap for reconstruction of skin and soft tissue defect of gluteal-sacral and around hip. Methods From July 2005 to May 2007, 24 posterior femoral cutaneous neurovascular flaps were performed in 23 patients to repair the soft tissue defects of gluteal-sacral and around hip. The size of this flap was 20cm×10cm. Results All flaps of 24sides in 23 cases survived, During a follow-up period of 7-24 months after operation,good to excellent results were obtained in all cases, such as good appearance, soft texture. Conclusion Flaps of this kind have advantages as follow;the reliable blood supply, avoidance of sacrificing the major arteries, reconstruction of sensation, simply procedure, lesser injuries for donor area, reverse or anterograde flow transfer. It can get satisfactory result with application properly, It is an optimal approach to repairing the soft tissue defects of gluteal-sacral and around hip.
