摘要
目的:观察红-蓝光联合治疗痤疮患者的临床疗效。方法:将64例痤疮患者随机分成2个治疗组:①单纯蓝光照射组(n=36);②红蓝光混合照射组(n=28)。采取连续4周,每周2次发光二极管为基础的痤疮治疗仪照射。轻度患者治疗一个疗程,中、重度痤疮患者连续治疗1~3个疗程。结果:经过系统治疗后,痤疮皮损均有所减轻。两组总有效率无显著差别(分别为80.5%及89.3%,P=0.514)。显效率比较,红蓝光混合照射可达35.7%,远远高于单纯蓝光照射组(8.3%)(P=0.008)。重度痤疮较中度痤疮有更为明显的反应,且副作用很小,使用蓝光对炎症反应可产生效果,配合红光疗效优于单独使用,无明显的副作用。结论:红-蓝光联合治疗痤疮可获得理想疗效,适合治疗轻、重度痤疮患者。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the blue and red light combination phototherapy for acne. Methods 64 patients with mild to severe acne vulgaris were randomized divided into two treatment groups: blue light (n=36), mixed blue and red light (n=28). All subjects were treated over eight sessions, two per week 3 days apart, alternating between blue light or/and red light from a light-emitting diode (LED)-based therapy system. Results A mean reduction in lesion count was observed at all follow-up points. No statistically differences in effectiveness between the two different light sources were found (80.5% vs 89.3%, P=0.514). However, the mean lesion count reduction was significant at 8.3% with blue phototherapy, the mean lesion count reduction was also significant at 35.7% (P=0.008) with combination phototherapy. Severe acne showed a marginally better response than mild acne. Side effects were minimal and transitory. Specifically blue light has a marked effecton inflammatory acne lesions and seems sufficient for the treatment of acne. In addition, the combination of blue-red light radiation seems to be superior to blue light alone. Conclusion Combination blue and red LED therapy appears to have excellent potential in the treatment of mild to severe acne.
