摘要
建立科学有效的人事制度和薪酬体系是现有条件下公立医院革新机制、激发活力的重要途径。本文结合医院探索实践,介绍了医院人事薪酬体系变革的主要目的,人事制度变革的主要做法以及薪酬体系设计原则、模式选择等,提出了包括基本薪酬体系和补充薪酬体系共同构成的新型薪酬体系架构。强调薪酬体系变革与人事制度变革密切相关,两者相辅相成,完善的薪酬体系的有效激励作用才能巩固人事制度变革的成果。
A scientific and effective salary system and personnel system is an important way to reform operational mechanism and incentive mechanism in public hospital. Based on experience of Wuxi traditional Chinese hospital, major objective, main practice, principle and model in personnel and salary system reform were introduced. New salary system included basic salary system and supplementary salary system. Salary reform and personnel reform was tight linked. The effective salary incentive mechanism could support hospital personnel reform.
