摘要
目的:通过对外科门诊实施属地化管理,尝试探索门诊管理的新思路、探究新方法,改变工作流程更好地为病人提供快捷、温馨、优质的医疗服务。方法:重新制定人员编制和护理岗位,根据岗位不同和工作内容不同,重新制定了规章制度和操作流程及职责,岗位与绩效挂钩。结果:属地化管理是门诊管理方式之一,在门诊部对外科门诊实施属地化管理,从不同视角来说,这种管理模式,在现代医疗市场的改革发展中,为临床科室在门诊工作中搭建了平台,为医院领导在探讨门诊管理决策上提供了信息,通过外科门诊属地化管理实践,在合理使用人力资源及物品的管理方面都有了不同程度的提升,提高了医疗护理服务质量,改善了医患矛盾,促进了医患和谐,使服务模式贴近了患者的需求。
Objectives: Through the localized management for patient management, so as to provide a better medical service to the surgery outpatients, we try to explore a new way in out the outpatients. Methods: Reconfirm the posts and stations and renew the rules and operating sequences for each post and station, then estimate the performance of each post and station. Results: Out patient localization is one of the management ways in Out patient management, this management way established a opportunity for the clinical departments. In the reform and development of modern medical market, the localized management for the surgery outpatients provides much information in exploring the oub-patient department management. Conclusion: Through the localized management for the surgery outpatients, we rationalized the use of human resources and material resources, and advanced the medical service quality. Also we ameliorated the conflicts of doctors and outpatients, and make the service mode can meet the needs of outpatients.
