摘要
研究了Zr的加入对Cu-Ti合金耐热性能的影响。结果表明,加入0.1wt%的Zr,Cu-3.65Ti的软化温度从485℃提高到540℃左右;Cu-Ti合金的耐热性能与其在450~550℃发生的相变有关,Zr的加入能够抑制合金从连续析出的调幅组织向不连续析出的胞状组织转变,从而达到稳定合金组织、提高合金耐热性能的目的。
The effect of Zr on heat-resistance of Cu-Ti alloy was investigated. The results show that the softening temperature of Cu-3.65Ti(wt%) alloy increases from 485℃ to 540℃ by adding 0.1wt% Zr. The softening temperature of the alloy is related with the phase transition at 450-550 ℃, the adding of 0.1wt%Zr can suppress phase transition from coherent β/(Cu4Ti) having bct structure to an equilibrium phase β (Cu3Ti), therefore, the microstructure stability and the heat-resistance property improves.
