摘要
目的:评价三维适形放射治疗(3DCRT)老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效。方法:50例老年Ⅰ-Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组:其中25例接受三维适形放射治疗(适形组),另25例接受常规放射治疗(对照组)。结果:适形组与对照组的1、2、3年生存率分别为80%、48%、24%和64%、36%、16%(P>0.05)。急性放射性肺炎发生率分别为8.0%和32.0%(P<0.05?;肺纤维化发生率分别为12.0%和36.0%(P<0.05)。结论:对不能手术的老年NSCLC患者3DCRT是安全、有效的方法,近期疗效满意。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3DCRT）for elderly patients with non small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods： Fifty old patients of phase Ⅰ- Ⅲ NSCLC were randomized into two groups ,25 patients received 3DCRT（ 3DCRT group）, 25 patients received radiotherapy（ control group）. Results： The 1,2 and 3 -year survival rates in 3DCRT group and control group were 80% ,48% ,24% and 64%, 36% , 16% （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Acute radiation pneumonitis occurred in 8.0% and 32.0% （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; radiation pulmonary fibrosis occurred inl2.0% and 36.0% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： 3 DCRT is a safe and effective treatment for elderly patients with inoperable NSCLC and has a high survival rate.
