摘要
为改善电网质量,解决轧机工作咬钢时系统电压跌落问题,提高钢的产品质量,增加经济效益,主要从工作原理、控制系统组成、监控软件及功能等方面介绍了静止无功补偿装置(SVC)在安钢第二炼轧厂35 kV配电系统中的应用。实际运行结果表明,SVC抗强电磁干扰能力强,响应快,可靠性高,故障率低,达到了满意的效果,提高了企业的整体自动化水平。
In order to keep the voltage of electric net stable as rolling mill works and thus to improve product quahty, this paper discusses the application of static var compensator in the 35 kV power distribution system in the second steel rolling plant of Anyang Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd. The discussion refers to operation principle, control system constitution, monitoring software and its function, ect. The operation result shows that SVC satisfactorily stabilizes the voltage of the power system with the virtues of strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability, fast response, high reliability, and low failure rate.
