摘要
[目的]建立染色发样中邻苯二胺,间苯二胺,对苯二胺,2,5-二氨基甲苯和二苯胺5种染发剂残留的毛细管气相色谱分析方法。[方法]染色发样经清洗、晾干后,剪碎,经1.0mol/L的氢氧化钠消解,超声波处理30min,37℃消解2h。取出后,用三氯甲烷提取5min,取下层有机物氮气吹干,定容后,用气相色谱法测定,标准曲线法定量。[结果]优化了发样的前处理和气相色谱分离条件,建立了染发样品中5种染发剂残留同时测定的气相色谱分析方法。5种待测组分工作曲线的相关系数为0.995~0.998;方法检出限为0.5~2.3mg/g;加标回收率为79.0%~110.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为7.0%~9.7%。[结论]建立的方法灵敏、准确,可以应用于染发发样中染发剂残留的测定。
[Objective] To establish a method of capillary gas chromatography in detection of five hair dyes, including o-penylenediamine, p-penylenediamine, m-penylenediamine, 2-methyl-p-phenylene-diamine and diphenylamine. [Methods ] Dyed-hair samples were washed, dried, cut into small segments, digested by 1.0 mol/L NaOH at the temperature of 37℃ for two hours and treated by ultrasonic for 30rain. These five hair dyes were extracted by chloroform by mechanical shaking for 5rain, then evaporated to dryness under a stream of nitrogen. The sample solution was analyzed by GC with FID. [ Results] The pre-procession of hair samples and the isolation condition of gas chromatogram were optimized, and established the gas chromatographic analysis method of detection of the residual of five hair dye samples. The working curve correlation coefficient of five hair dyes was at the range of 0.995 to 0.998; The detection limits of the assay were at the range of 0.5 mg/g to 2.3mg/g; The range of RSD was from 7.0% to 9.7% as well as the recovery rate of spiked samples were at the range of 79.0% to110.6%. [Conclusion ] The method established with rapid and simple for determination of residual of hair dyes in dyed-hair.
