摘要
目的:了解我院皮肤病药的应用状况及趋势。方法:对我院2003～2006年皮肤病药的销售金额、用药频度及限定日费用进行回顾性分析。结果:我院皮肤病药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,其中合资产品销售金额最大,国产药次之,进口药最小。抗真菌药、抗多种病原体外用药、免疫调节剂、中药类仍是我院皮肤病的主要用药。结论:口服剂已成为我院临床医师治疗皮肤病的首选药物。
OBJECTIVE： To study the status quo and trend of the use of dermatologic drugs in our hospital. METHODS： The dermatologic drugs used in our hospital during the period 2003--2006 were analyzed retrospectively in respect to their consumption sum, DDDs and the defined daily costs （DDC） . RESULTS： The consumptive sum of dermatologic drugs increased year by year, dominating the list was drugs from joint venture, followed by domestic drugs, with the imported drugs ranked at the last place. Antifungal drugs, anti - multi - pathogen drugs for external use, immunosuppressive agents and the traditional Chinese medicines were the main categories for dermatosis. CONCLUSION： The oral preparations have become the first choice drugs for dermatosis in our hospital.
