摘要
本文借助SW战略分析法,试图从影响湘茶产业发展的内生因素:自然生态资源、种质资源、历史文化资源、人力资源、产业现状等方面的优势和不足分析湘茶产业的发展,初步探明湘茶的竞争地位和实力,并对未来的发展提出对策。
SW strategic analysis is used in this paper,trying to analyze the strengths and weaknesses which influence the development of Hunan tea industry from its internal factors,such as natural ecological resources, germplasm resources,and historical and cultural resources,human resources,industrial aspects of the status quo and others. Based on these, the competitive position and strength of Hunan tea industry was discovered,and the development countermeasures for the future was put forward.
