螺旋曲面数控抛光技术的研究

摘要 针对目前国内螺旋曲面螺杆抛光后其表面粗糙度不能很好地满足实际需要的现状,对螺旋曲线的数控抛光技术进行了研究。建立了数控抛光机床磨头的数学模型,给出了工件螺旋面的方程,研制了一种新型的螺旋曲面数控抛光机床,极大地提高了数控抛光的加工效率和工件的表面质量。 Based on current situation that the finished screw couldn't meet the application requirement ,this paper did research on the technique of helical surfcace NC polishing. It set up the mathematic model of grinding head of NC polishing machine and gave the equation of helical surface of workpiece,then it designed a new type of NC polishing machine for helical surface of screws,which could improve both work efficience and product qulity.
