摘要
对于水库复杂调度过程中遇到的一些新问题,该文在MIKE BASIN水资源模型的基础上,利用VBA及C#程序语言调用MIKE BASIN计算引擎进行二次开发,解决了水资源模拟过程中的水库下游用水户供水及水库预警泄流问题。
Depend on ArcGIS desktop hydraulic and water resource allocation model MIKE BASIN, several flexible operation rules for reservoirs can be setup by using MIKE BASIN engine and VB or C# programming code. And then, it is convenient to use Excel or Access database to manage parameters and input data to simulate the model and get the results for advanced reservoir operation and water supply.
