摘要
在传统振动诊断技术的基础上,结合灰色系统理论,提出了非开挖机器人气动冲击机构灰色故障诊断系统,并运用灰色关联度对样本进行聚类分析,实现对设备运行状况的监测与诊断。实例表明该方法简单实用,具有一定的工程应用价值。
On the basis of traditional vibration diagnosis technology failure diagnosis system about non-opening-dig robot's gas-moved impulsion machine based on grey related theory is put forward.By the grey related degree,clustering analysis is carried out,the supervision and diagnosis on apparatus are realized.This method is simple and valuable in engineering.
