摘要
介绍了一种利用CATIA软件对汽车差速器直齿圆锥齿轮进行参数化建模和有限元分析(FEA)的设计方法。该方法最大的特点是建模与有限元分析使用同一软件平台,避免了接口传递可能产生的数据错误,是一种简便可行、运行效率高的齿轮设计与分析方法。最后结合实例,完成了某型差速器直齿圆锥齿轮的建模和有限元分析。
A design method of parametric modeling and finite element analysis(FEA) of straight bevel gear of vehicle differential using CATIA is introduced.The biggest feature of this method is that modeling and FEA are using the same software platform which could avoid the possible errors of data transmission.It is a simple and feasible,efficient method of gear design and analysis.Finally,with example,this dissertation completed the modeling and FEA of differential straight bevel gear of a certain type.
