摘要
载荷是传动装置设计计算的一项原始数据。某大型雷达天线在过去圆周扫描的工作模式基础上增加了扇形扫描工作模式。由于工作模式的改变,雷达天线传动装置的传动载荷计算更加复杂。在对天线扇形扫描过程中传动系统受力分析的基础上,着重进行了传动齿轮冲击力分析,初步探讨了大型警戒雷达扇形扫描工作模式下驱动载荷的计算方法。
Round scanning mode is used in many large radar antennas,for rapidly following the target,fan-shaped scanning is increased.As the operating mode was changed,the calculations of the transmission loads for the radar antenna became more complicated.The loads of the transmission device in the fan-shaped scanning mode were introduced.The impact forces for the gear were analyzed in detail.The calculation methods of the transmission loads for the large radar antenna in the fan-shaped scanning mode were also discussed.
