摘要
针对政府对医疗卫生事业的投入问题,通过对补供方、补需方的必要性和补助标准的分析,认为:补需方的基本依据是为了满足国民的基本医疗需求,补供方的基本标准是为了适应满足国民的基本医疗需求,而使二者相互协调、平衡发展则应是政府要坚持的基本原则。
In view of the government to the health enterprise investment question, through by makeing up the supplier, makeing up the consumer the necessity and the subsidy standard analysis, thought： Makeing up the consumer the basic basis is in order to meet national basic medical need; makeing up the supplier the primary standard is in order to meeting national basic medical need, but causes the two intereoordination, and the balanced development to be supposed as the basic principle which the government must persist.
