摘要
为了解决造纸废液污染、有效利用废弃资源,以造纸废液为原料,采用喷雾干燥法制备木质素超细粉,在小试的基础上,对工业化制备条件及影响因素进行了讨论。确定出制备木质素超细粉的最佳工艺条件为:喷雾进料温度50—60℃、进料质量分数20%—25%、进风温度190℃、出风温度70℃、进料流量150 mL/m in、雾化压力2.3 MPa、喷嘴孔径0.8 mm,制得的木质素超细粉粒径为20—100 nm,比表面积37.8—455.6 m2/g。结果表明,采用喷雾干燥法处理造纸废液可得到木质素超细粉。
To reduce the pollution of waste liquor and utilize waste resources, the industrial conditions and influence factors for the preparation of ultrafine lignin powder were discussed by using spray-drying process with waste liquor from paper mill as raw materials. The optimal process conditions were obtained such as the spray-drying feed temperature 50-60℃, the feed mass fraction 20%-25%, the inlet-air temperature 190℃, the outlet air temperature 70℃, the optimal feed flux 150 mL/min, the atomization pressure 2.3 MPa, and the nozzle diameter 0.8 mm. The particle size of lignin uhrafine powder measured by TEM is up to 20-100 nm, and its specific surface area ranges from 37.8 m^2/g to 455.6 m^2/g. The result shows that ultrafine lignin powder can be produced by spray-drying technique.
