摘要
在深水油气开发过程中,注入水合物防聚剂可以防止水合物聚积,使其以水合物浆液的形式输送,是一种很好的防治水合物替代方法。文中以四氢呋喃、-10号柴油、渤海JZ20-2凝析油和水为工质进行水合物浆液实验,测量了不同实验条件下四氢呋喃水合物浆液的黏度。着重归纳了初始含水质量分数、剪切率、油相黏度等因素对水合物浆液黏度的影响规律,并利用多因素分析法分析了各个影响因素的敏感性大小。对今后水合物浆液混输管线的设计与安全运行具有较好的指导意义。
The injection of anti-agglomerants as hydrate slurry, which is an alternative tec can prevent crystal agglomeration and allow crystals to be transported hnology on hydrate prevention in pipelines at deepwater oil production. An experimental research on rheology of hydrate slurry was carried out. JZ20-2 condensate oil produced in the Bohai Oilfield, - 10# diesel oil, tetrahydrofuran and tap water were used as the working fluids in the experiments. The aim of this experiment is to determine the effect of original water mass fraction, shear rate, oil viscosity on the rheological behaviors of oil/tetrahydrofuran hydrate slurry. The sensibility of each factor was decided by using the multi-factor analysis method. These conclusions are useful for directing the design and operation of hydrate slurry transportation pipelines in the future.
