摘要
以己二酸和正丁醇为原料,以纳米CeO2为催化剂,利用微波技术合成了己二酸二丁酯.探讨了微波辐射功率、辐射时间、醇酸摩尔比及催化剂用量等对酯化反应的影响.实验结果表明:较佳的反应条件为:在己二酸用量为0.05 mol时,n(正丁醇):n(己二酸)=3.0∶1,纳米CeO2催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2.5%,微波功率为465W,辐射时间为10 min,酯化率达98%以上.
Dibutyl adipate was synthesized with adipic acid and n-butyl alcohol, catalyzed by nanopowder CeO2 and accelerated with microwave irradiation. The effects of microwave irradiation power, reaction time, mole ratio of n- butyl alcohol to adipic acid, and the amounts of catalyst on esterification reaction conversion were discussed. Experimental results showed that the esterification yield was more than 98% under the optimal preparation conditions: the mole ratio of n-butyl alcohol to adipic acid is 3.0 : 1 ( for 0.05mol of adipic acid ), the quantity of catalyst is 2.5% of the mass of the total reactants, and the microwave irradiation time is 10 min with power of 465 W.
