胰岛素抵抗、血清瘦素水平与子痫前期-子痫关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究子痫前期-子痫时胰岛素抵抗与血清瘦素水平之间的关系,探讨胰岛素抵抗与瘦素在子痫前期-子痫发病中的作用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(BLISA)、放射免疫法及葡萄糖氧化酶法检测50例子痫前期-子痫患者及50例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)的血清瘦素、胰岛素及血糖水平,采用血糖和血胰岛素乘积的倒数来表示胰岛素敏感指数,并分析胰岛素抵抗、血清瘦素水平与子痫前期-子痫的相关性。结果:子痫前期-子痫患者存在明显胰岛素抵抗,且与疾病严重程度呈正相关,血清瘦素水平增加导致子痫前期-子痫患者胰岛素抵抗程度升高。结论:孕妇血清瘦素水平变化与子痫前期发病及病情发展有关。 Objective: To study the relationship between insulin resistance and the level of leptin of patients with preedampsia - eclampsia , and investigate the role of insulin resistance and leptin in the pathogenesis of preoclampsia - edampsia. Methods: The levels of leptin and insulin in serum and fast blood glucose were detected from 50 patients with preeclampsia - eclampsia ( preeclampsia - eclampsia group) and 50 normal pregnant women (control group) by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), radioimmunoassay and glucose oxidase method, insulin sensitivity index were demonstrated by the reciprocal of (blood glucose x insulin), and the relationship of insulin resistance, the level of leptin and preeclampsia - eclampsia was analyzed. Results: The preeclampsia was more serious, the degree of insulin resistance was more increased; Insulin resistance of preedampsia - eclampsia patients increased maybe caused by the increase of serum level of leptin. Conclusion: The changes of levels of leptin are related to the occurrence and development of preeclampsia - eclampsia.
