摘要
阐述对生态概念的理解,指出中新天津生态城的示范意义,采用了"先底后图"的规划方法和生态主导型规划方法,从公共政策、平面布局理念、控制导则3个层面突出"生态"的主导地位,在"自然生态格局、用地布局模式、绿色交通理念、生态社区模式、文化保护理念、水资源利用理念和能源利用理念"7个方面总结平面布局理念的创新点。
This paper introduces the author＇s understanding of ecology and indicates the demonstration significance of Sino-Singapore Eco City in Tianjin. Using making planning target based on local resources and supporting conditions and ecology-leading planning methods, this paper emphasizes the leading position of the ecology in the aspects of public policies, layout planning and control guideline. And it presents seven creative points in layout planning including natural and ecological pattern, land use planning, green transportation, eco-community, cultural conservation, utilization of water and energy.
