摘要 综述了近年来用于生产线型聚乙烯产品的共聚单体1-己烯和1-辛烯的发展现状以及 Cr 系催化体系催化乙烯三聚和四聚的研究进展。合成1-己烯和1-辛烯的高选择性和高活性催化体系是重要的发展方向,该领域的研究主要集中在配体化合物方面。重点介绍了 Cr 系催化体系催化乙烯三聚和四聚生成1-己烯和1-辛烯的反应机理以及配体结构对 Cr 系催化体系的影响,并讨论了制约1-己烯和1-辛烯生产的外部因素(如助催化剂、促进剂)的影响。 The recent advances in production of co-monomers, 1-hexene and 1-octene, for polyethylene and the development of chromium-based homogeneous catalysts used in trimerization and tetramerization of ethylene were introduced. Research of catalysts for trimerization and tetramerization of ethylene was focused on ligand compounds. Highly selective and active catalysts for production of 1- hexene and 1-octene will be the main targets in future research works. The development for mechanism of trimerization and tetramerization of ethylene, and the effects of the ligands on chromium-based homogeneous catalysts were discussed. The bottle-neck factors restricting producton of 1-hexene and 1- octene were pointed out.
