多孔中空纤维膜制备及后处理对膜性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用干-湿法纺丝工艺,以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为添加剂,制备聚偏氟乙烯/聚氯乙烯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯共混五孔中空纤维膜,研究了纺丝工艺参数以及后处理对膜性能的影响。结果表明,当干纺程为20 cm,芯液中DMAC质量分数为40%,芯液流量为13 mL/min时,制备的纤维膜综合性能最好。该中空纤维膜最大水通量为612 L/(m2.h),截留率为83%。 By mens of dry-jet wet spinning process, PVDF/PVC/PMMA porous hollow fiber membranes were prepared with N-methyl-2 pyrrolidone as solvent and PVP as additive. The effects of spinning patameters and posttreatment on the property of the membrane were studied. The results showed when dry length was 20 era, inner so- lution concentration was 40%, and bore liquid velocity was 13 ml/min, the integrated properties of the prepared membrane were the best, the water flux of the hollow fiber membranes was 612 L/ (m^2·h) and retention ratio was 83%.
