摘要
为了在环境、社会、经济和技术等多目标综合决策基础上进行林区路网规划,本文采用层次分析法构建递阶层次结构模型,对林区路网规划中的各个控制点之间的线路方案进行选择,使林区路网在环境影响、技术性能和经济效益多方面获得最佳综合效益,为林区路网规划提供了一种系统、简洁、适用的多目标定量决策方法.
Multi-object decision-making should take many factors into consideration which include environment, society, economy and technology. In order to plan forest areas' road nets based on multi-object decision-making, this article builds up a hierarchy structure model by using AHP. This model Can choose the best program from various road-designed solutions between each of the controlled spots and thus, get synthetic benefits from influencing the environment, technical performance and economic efficiency. It provides a systematic, simple and suitable method of multi-object decision making for the planning of road nets in forest areas.
