摘要
首先,本文明确指出渔业是环境污染的受害者,同时是环境污染的制造者和治理者。在此基础上,本文立足于促进渔业经济增长方式第二次转变的现实需要,提出了解决渔业自源性污染问题的相关防治措施:一要强化资源保护意识,二要倡导生态养殖模式,三要扩大增殖放流范围,四要探索生物防治技术。
The article pointed out that the fishery is the casualty of the environmental pollution, and also the fabricant and the controller of the environmental pollution. It has analyzed the realism requirement the second transformation of the manner of fishery increase, and it introduced prophylactic-therapeutic measures of fishery itself pollution, which are： enhancing consciousness of resources protection; promoting zoology aquaculture mode; extending multiplication and seeking biology protection technology.
