摘要
声波换能器性能之间存在的差异影响了阵列声波测井仪器的测量精度,为了提高测井仪器的测量精度,方便老仪器的维修,研究了换能器频率特征对其接收波形的影响特征。通过模拟环境采集到数据对换能器特性进行定性的分析,得到换能器的矫正参数,并用该参数对实际测得的数据进行幅度、相位的矫正。该方法可以简化换能器匹配筛选的复杂度,使偶极子阵列声波换能器满足性能匹配的要求,从而提高仪器测量精度,同时也避免了维修仪器过程中频繁的更换换能器。
The performance difference between the acoustic transducers impact the measurement accuracy of array acoustic logging instrument. In order to improve the measuring accuracy oflogging and maintenance easily, the impact ofthe transducer's frequency characteristics of the receiving waveform is studied, the transducer's features is analyzed by simulated the recevied data in the simulation environment, the correcting parameters is gotten, and the parameters is used to correct the range, the phase and the figure of received. This approach can simplify the complexity oftransducer's screening, and make the transducer to meet the matching requirement, therefore the measuring accuracy of the instrument is increased and replacing the transducer during maintaining is avoided.
