摘要
提出了基于梯级水电站综合自动化系统的遥视监控系统的设计方案,以实现对梯级水电站现场运行环境及设备的重要安防信息的实时监测,全面研究了该系统的结构和各子系统的功能。该系统利用已有自动化系统的主站资源和通道资源,完成信号采集、处理与传输功能,有效地改善了现有遥视监控系统不能充分利用现有自动化系统资源的缺点,通过工程实践验证了对梯级水电站实施无人值班运行及其建设工作具有实际的指导意义。
In order to monitor important real-time security information of the stations operating condition and equipment, this paper presents a scheme for remote control system design based on the cascade hydropower stations integrated automation system, and structure and functions of each subsystem in the system had been studied comprehensively. The system could make use of the existing main station automation system resources and channel resources to complete signal acquisition, processing and transmission. It improves the conditions that the existing remote monitoring system can not take full advantage of the existing automation system resources effectively, which has practical guidance significance on implementation of the unattended operation cascade hydropower stations and construction work.
