叩击式骨应力刺激仪治疗创伤性股骨骨髓炎后遗骨延迟愈合及骨不连 被引量:15

Rap System of Stress Stimulation in Treatment of Delayed Union and Non-union Obtained from Traumatic Femur Osteomyelitis

摘要 目的探讨叩击式骨应力刺激仪对创伤性股骨骨髓炎后遗骨延迟愈合、骨不连的治疗效果。方法1998年2月~2006年9月,对16例创伤性股骨骨髓炎后遗骨延迟愈合或骨不连采取叩击式骨应力刺激仪治疗。其中男11例,女5例,年龄35~50岁;感染性骨不连13例,感染性骨延迟愈合3例。将小腿置于骨应力刺激仪托架上,对跟骨进行纵向冲击。每天治疗3次,每次30min,每次间隔3h,记录疗效评价指标。结果3例骨延迟愈合及11例骨不连均愈合,骨愈合时间12~35周,平均(20.45±2.56)周;2例不愈合改开放手术治疗。疗效评价指标显效率87.5%,无效率12.5%。无一例感染复发或再骨折。结论叩击式骨应力刺激仪对创伤性股骨骨髓炎后遗骨延迟愈合及骨不连具有一定治疗效果,能促进骨折愈合。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the rap system of stress stimulation in the treatment of delayed union and nonunion obtained from traumatic femur osteomyelitis. Methods Form February 1998 to September 2006, 16 patients, including 13 with infective nonunion and 3 with delayed union due to traumatic femur osteomyelitis, 11 males and 5 females, aged from 35 to 50 years old, were treated with the rap system of stress stimulation. The leg lay in the bracket of the rap system of stress stimulation with the ealeaneus rapped, 30 min every time, 3 times daily and the interval time was 3h. The index of effect evaluation was recorded. Results For the 11 patients with non- union and 3 with delayed union obtained bone union, the fracture healing time ranged from 12 to 35 weeks with an average of (20.45 ± 2.56) weeks. Two patients with non- union received open operation after treatment failure. The significantly effective rate was 87.5 % and the inefficacy rate was 12.5 %. No recurrent infections or fracture occurred. Conclusion The rap system of stress stimulation can effectively accelerate the fracture healing and the callus formation in the treatment of delayed union and non- union obtained from traumatic femur osteomyelitis.
