摘要
基于VB语言,介绍了通过医学人体切片图像重建三维人体的关键技术,这些技术包括消噪、贴边、加光照、旋转和逐层投影显示。所建三维实体图像自然真实,可沿任意方向和部位生成剖面图,能提供较丰富人体结构的信息。在临床诊断、手术规划、医学和生物学教学等方面有着广泛的应用前景。
A key technique on reconstructing a 3D body image from slice images was introduced based on VB language. A series of methods were used, including denoising, side pasting, increasing illumination, rotating and layer-by-layer projection displays. The constructed 3D solid image represented real entities and section images along any direction and location were easily generated. Rich information of the structure of human body was provided in the constructed 3D image. The technique shows promising application in clinical diagnosis, surgical planning, and teaching on medicine and biology.
