介绍了Cimatron E软件中数控编程一般过程,探讨了基于刀路模板的快速数控编程。以一个型腔模为例进行刀路模板创建与应用的说明。实际应用表明,应用Cimatron E模板进行编程可以大幅度提高效率。
NC templates saves the knowledge on manufacturing of all kinds of parts in databases, and use the NC template to help the workers get the reasonable manufacturing parameters quickly. This article further discusses NC programming based on NC template with Cimatron E software.
