摘要
成就动机是个人在学习和生活中力求取得成功并达到完善状态的心理倾向.对内蒙古549名中小学教师成就动机的性别差异研究显示,总体上男教师的成就动机比女教师强烈,而女教师比男教师更害怕失败.在职称、年龄、教龄、学历等方面男女教师都显示出一定的差异性.
Achievement motivation is the psychological tendency that individual makes every effort to obtain success and achieves the perfection in their study and life. Generally speaking,according the research for achievement motivation of 549 teachers in middle and primary schools of different sex,the achievement motivation of male teacher is more intense than that of female teacher. However, female teacher is more afraid to get failed than male teacher. At the aspect of title, age, teaching seniority, school record, there exits difference between female teacher and male teacher.
