摘要
试验选择3个苦荞品种川荞1号、KP9920、榆6-21为辐射诱变材料,通过用不同剂量的60Co-γ射线辐照诱发产生突变体,从苦荞突变体的M2代籽粒中选出高黄酮含量的突变体27个,并对其营养成分进行分析,表明辐照处理产生的突变体黄酮、可溶性蛋白、总氮、Zn和Mg含量显著高于对照,而Mn含量显著低于对照,其他营养成分含量变化不明显,以此来筛选出综合品质最好的品种。
Three varieties of the bitter buckwheat, Chuanqiao 1#, KP9920 and Yu 6-21, were selected as the radiation induction materials in this experiment, and the mutants occurred through that the dry seeds of the bitter buckwheat were irradiated by ^60Co-γ Rays in different doses; 27 mutants with high flavone content were selected from M2 seeds of the buckwheat mutants, and their nutrient ingredients were analyzed, the result shows that the flavone, soluble protein, total N, Zn and Mg in the three varieties are higher than the control, while Mn is lower, and other nutrient ingredients are without obvious change, which can be used to select the variety with the best integrated quality.
