钙离子载体对牛精子体外受精及胚胎发育的影响

摘要 在牛精子获能液中添加不同浓度的钙离子载体,应用体外培养技术对牛精子体外获能及早期胚胎发育作了研究。通过对顶体反应、超激活、活率和早期胚胎发育率的观察,筛选出获能液中最适的钙离子载体浓度,作用时间及其有利于早期胚胎发育的最佳浓度。结果表明:钙离子载体在诱导牛精子获能上存在一个浓度-时间阈值,其最佳浓度和时间组合是0.1μM处理2min或者0.15μM处理0.5min,此时的囊胚率最高;钙离子载体的添加不能诱导牛精子获能的发生。
