摘要
蒸发器过热度对于膨胀阀开度的动态响应为非线性,采用传统的PID控制很难取得良好的控制效果,对此,本文提出了基于PLC的模糊PID参数自整定控制算法。实验结果表明该系统既充分利用了PLC的软硬件资源,又提高了控制的稳定性、控制品质。
The characteristic of the electronic expansion valve is nonolinear and it is difficult to control the system by using the traditional PID. A PID parameter-adaptive fuzzy control algorithm is proposed in the paper. Experimental results are also given.
