摘要
选用2种磷酸酯阻燃剂,分别应用于聚苯醚(PPO)复合材料.研究了其对复合材料的阻燃性、热性能及力学性能影响.结果表明.含有质量分数8.7%的间苯二酚-双(磷酸二苯酯)(RDP)或磷酸三苯酯(TPP)阻燃剂均可使PPO复合材料达到UL94 V-0级,并且在阻燃剂含量相同的情况下,含有RDP的复合材料的力学性能和热性能要比含有TPP复合材料的好。
Two kinds of phosphoric acid ester flame retardant were applied to poly(phenylene oxide) composites. The effect of the flame retardant on flame-retardant property, themal properties and mechanieal properties of the composites was studied. The results show that the PPO composites can get to UL94 V-0 grade when the content of RDP or TPP is 8.7%, meanwhile, at the same content of flame retardant, the thermal properties and mechanical properties of PPO composites with RDP are better than those of PPO composites with TPP.
