摘要
采用Ruthner酸再生装置喷雾焙烧人造金红石母液,通过对比分析钢板酸洗液和人造金红石母液的化学成分、浓度、密度、粘度,重点对炉膛温度、空煤比、喷洒流量、吸收流量参数进行优化;考察了焙烧炉喷洒流量、炉膛温度、空煤比对Cl-分解率的影响,并确定出较佳工艺参数;焙烧可获得浓度218.6 g/L再生新酸及TFe含量大于65%的氧化铁粉,解决了废料治理和环保问题,为人造金红石母液的综合回收利用找到一条较好的途径。
Ruthner acid regeneration device is used to recovery of synthetic rutile mother liquor. Based on a comparative analysis on steel sheet pickling solution and synthetic rutile mother liquor in respects of chemical composition, concentration, density and viscosity, parameters such as hearth temperature, aircoal ratio, spray flow, absorption flow have been optimized The effects of these parameters on Cl^ - decomposition rate have been investigated, So the optimal process parameters are ascertained accordingly. Reclaimed acid with a concentration of 218.6 g/L and ferric oxide with TFe ≥ 65 % were abtained. Then, an effective solution to comprehensive recovery of synthetic rutile mother liquor has been offered.
