2种羊蹄甲植物花粉生活力快速测定 被引量:3

Quick Determination on Pollen Viability of Two Kinds of Bauhinia Plants

摘要 对红花羊蹄甲、宫粉羊蹄甲2种植物的花粉生活力进行测定。选用染色法(1%TTC液染色法、1%醋酸洋红液染色法I、-KI染色法)和无机酸(0.8 mol/L硝酸)处理,测定羊蹄甲属花粉生活力。结果表明,1%醋酸洋红1、%TTC液染色法0、.8 mol/L硝酸处理法测定羊蹄甲属植物的花粉生活力都是快速有效的。 The pollen viability of two kinds of plants of B.blakeana and B.variegata were determined.The staining methods(1% TTC,1% acetic acid carmine liquid, I-KI) was selected and treated with the inorganic acid(0.8 mol/L nitric acid) to determine the pollen viability of Bauhinia.The result showed that the staining methods of 1% acetic acid carmine liquid,1% TTC and the treatment method of 0.8 mol/L nitric acid were all the quick and effective methods for determination on the pollen viability of Bauhinia plant.
