摘要
[目的]为新疆杨幼苗培育提供理论依据。[方法]以清水对照,用3种浓度的植物喷施灵肥液(0.65、1.30、2.60 g/L)喷施一年生新疆杨扦插苗。测定处理前后植株的株高、地径。喷肥后3~5 d内,光合测定仪进行测定光合速率。[结果]经植物喷施灵处理后,新疆杨苗木的生长量都得到不同程度的提高。2.60 g/L植物喷施灵处理新疆杨株高净生长量最大为5.19 cm,地径的净生长量4.19 mm。植物喷施灵各处理均提高了新疆杨叶片的光合速率。2.60 g/L植物喷施灵处理明显缓和了新疆杨光合作用的"午休"现象。[结论]2.60g/L植物喷施灵处理促进新疆杨生长为最佳浓度。
[Objective] The study aimed to provide a theoretical base for cultivation of seedling of P.alba L.var.pyramidalis Bge.[Method] With water as CK,the 1-year cuttings of P.alba var.pyramidalis were sprayed by sprinkling plant fertilizer with 3 concn.(0.65,1.30,2.60 g/L).The plant height and ground diameter before and after treatment were measured,the photosynthesis rate of P. alba var.pyramidalis was measured by photosynthesis instrument after treating for 3-5 d.[Result] The seedling increment of P.alba var.pyramidalis had improved to different degree after spraying by sprinkling plant fertilizer.In the treatment with sprinkling plant fertilizer at 2.60 g/L,the net growth increment of plant height was biggest(5.19 cm) and the growth increment of ground diameter of P.alba var.pyramidalis was 4.19 mm.Each treatment with sprinkling plant fertilizer could increase the photosynthesis rate in leaves of P.alba var. pyramidalis.Treatment with sprinkling plant fertilizer at 2.60 g/L was greatly mitigated the noon restphenomenon of P.alba var.pyramidalis.[Conclusion] 2.60 g/L sprinkling plant fertilizer was the best concn.for improving the growth of P.alba var.pyramidalis.
