摘要
[目的]研究了望江棉区棉铃虫的抗性。[方法]采用点滴法和浸叶法分别测定了望江棉区棉铃虫对4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油和90%灭多威悬浮颗粒的抗性水平。[结果]监测结果表明:望江棉区棉铃虫种群对4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油已达到中抗水平,对90%灭多威悬浮颗粒已降为低抗水平,抗性倍数分别为10.71倍和1.18倍,其LD50和LC50分别为0.063 2μg/头和115.772 8 mg/ml。[结论]为进一步作好棉铃虫的抗性治理及防治工作奠定了基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the cotton bollworm resistance of Wangjiang cotton area.[Method] The resistance levels of 4.5% beta-cypermethrin EC and 90% methomyl SP on cotton bollworm resistance of Wangjiang cotton area were determined by topical application method and leaf dipping method.[Result] Cotton bollworm population became moderately resistant to 4.5% beta-cypermethrin EC,and became lowly resistant to 90% methomyl SP.The resistance times of cotton bollworm population to 4.5% beta-cypermethrin EC and 90% methomyl SP reached 10.71,1.18 times respectively,the LD50 and LC50 was 0.063 2 μg/joint and 115.772 8 mg/ml.[Conclusion] The study provided basis for resistance control and preventing work of cotton bollworm.
