摘要
当前我国经济转型和市场化进程,以及中国近三十年来的发展战略是催生当前通胀发生的体制背景。此次通胀的发生有着"混合型通货膨胀"的特征,体现为货币过剩和结构性的非典型通胀。要理解这种特征事实,需要深入分析当前我国经济增长和转型的体制背景,以及宏观经济变量的互动机制。此类通胀治理问题的关键在于有效的政策搭配。
China＇s current economic transitional process and market-oriented reform measures, combining with China＇s recent development strategy has hastened the birth of high inflation pressure. Which has some structural characteristics of both monetary and structural surplus of atypical inflation？ It is needed for in-depth analysis of China＇s economic growth, restructuring of the institutional background and the linkage mechanism of macro-economic variables in order to understand the characteristics of this stylized facts. The key to governance such kind of inflation is to maintain the effectively matching of different types of policy tools.
