摘要 传统的绿地率指标缺乏对容积率和碳氧平衡的考虑,以此为指标建设的绿色住区将难以保证充足的绿地面积与生态效益。该文探讨制定了一个以碳氧平衡为原则,并根据容积率的不同而变化的绿色住区绿地率动态指标,以求能更科学及准确地指导绿色住区绿地系统的建设。 The existing greening rate index lacks of consideration on plot ratio and balance of carbon and oxygen, thus it's difficult to ensure enough green area and ecological benefit in green settlement built on this index. This article attempts to establish a modified index of greening rate depending on plot ratio based on the principle of balance between carbon and oxygen so as to guide the construction of green system more scientifically and accurately.
