摘要
改革开放三十年来,陕西经济社会发展取得了巨大成绩,积累了丰富的经验。认真回顾和总结这些经验,对陕西开展新一轮解放思想、深化改革、实现新的跨越具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Shaanxi＇ s economic and social development has obtained great achievements and accumulated rich experiences since implementing the policy of reform and opening up. It is of great theoretical and practical significance for Shaanxi＇ s new round mind emancipation, reform deepening and the new span to seriously review and conclude these experiences.
