摘要
目的分析不同提取方法制备的艾叶挥发油的化学成分,为艾叶挥发油的工业化制备提供相关参数。方法分别采用水蒸汽蒸馏法、超临界CO2萃取法、石油醚提取法制备艾叶挥发油,计算挥发油收率,以气相色谱法分析3种艾叶挥发油样品的化学成分。结果水蒸汽蒸馏法、超临界CO2萃取法、石油醚提取法制备艾叶挥发油的收率分别为0.86%、2.11%和2.08%。从3种挥发油中鉴定了共61个化合物。其中,水蒸汽蒸馏法制备的艾叶挥发油中所含化合物以小分子的挥发性萜类化合物为主;超临界CO2萃取法提取的艾叶挥发油以长链酯类化合物为主;石油醚提取法则得到大量的芳香族化合物。结论不同提取方法制备的艾叶挥发油所含化学成分相差较大,工业化生产时应充分考虑这个因素。
Objective To analyzed the chemical composition of essential oils extracted from Folium Artemisiae argyi by three different methods, so that to provide valuable information for essential oil industries.
Methods Three extraction methods, including hydrodistillation, petroleum ether extraction, and supercritical fluid CO2 extraction, were employed to prepare essential oil from Folium Artemisiae argyi. The products were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using GC-MS and GC-FID.
Results The extraction rate of the three methods was 0.86% (hydrodistillation), 2.11% (petroleum ether extraction), and 2.08% (supercritical fluid CO2 extraction) respectivley. Totally 61 compounds were identified from those essential oils. The products of hydrodistillation was mainly composed of monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes; whereas, aromatic hydrocarbons were the major components of the petroleum ether-extracted oil, and long-chain esters constituted the core parts of the extractions by supercritical fluid CO2.
Conclusion The essential oils extracted by different methods have not only different physical characters, but also different chemical composition.
